6 night, 7 day Zen Healing workshop, Doshin Roshi and Shikyo Jiryu.

Vegetarian meals, location is high altitude, about a four hour drive from Denver and one hour from Alamosa airport. Single room occupancy with shared bathrooms, workshop size limited. A combination of silent meditation and interactive study and exploration of Integral Zen Healing.

ONLINE OPTION: $150

Online includes morning Nejang Tibetan Yoga Practice, Morning Teaching by Shikyo, Afternoon Teisho by Doshin, Early evening teaching by Doshin, some online sitting (not all sitting will be online). Access to recordings at least for one year.

We are planning to offer live online streaming for Nejang Tibetan Yoga, and teachings by Shikyo and Doshin (and if we have a guest talk), but only teachings will be recorded and available after. We will start with the morning service and sit, then Nejang yoga, this daily portion will not be recorded.

Morning service, sit and then Tibetan yoga is at 6 -7:30am MT, (5am PT, 9am ET)

Shikyo teaches 10:10 -11:45 MT, (9:10 am PT, 12:10pm ET)

Doshin teaches 3:50-5:30 pm MT (2:50pt, 5:50 ET)

and 7pm MT (6pm PT, 9pm ET)

EUROPEAN time, March 30th is the change in Europe, so I may be wrong and you might check your local time, but here's what it likely
